Getting Started: You are able to see a Rehab United physical therapist without a prescription from your doctor or specialist, but it is unlikely that your insurance company will pay for those services. To utilize your insurance, we recommend that you contact or see your medical provider and ask for a written prescription, i.e. primary care physician, orthopedist, and/or other specialist. You will need to visit your physician and be evaluated prior to you first physical therapy visit. Please note: If you prefer to privately pay for physical therapy services, simply contact our office for our cash-pay rates and packages and schedule an appointment.

Complete Paperwork:
Once you receive a prescription or a referral for physical therapy, call our office at 858-279-5570 to schedule an appointment. Our front office staff will ask some important questions regarding insurance verification, coverage, and personal information that will expedite the process. Have your insurance card ready.
