Bike to Finish MS!
Each year, Rehab United rides from Irvine to San Diego to help put an end to Multiple Sclerosis. We sport a 40-person team and are always looking for new additions! The only prerequisite is a positive attitude - from beginners to elite riders, everyone on team RU has a great time. We just started training for the 100 or 150-mile ride, so it's not too late to join! Click Here to join our team!









Las Vegas Marathon and Half Marathon Training Program

College Bound Athletes - Summer Strength & Conditioning Camp

RU Sports Performance Center’s College Bound Athletes (CBA) program is an intense four-day-per-week strength & conditioning training camp.  CBA builds the athlete from the ground up through proven, sport-specific, functional strength and conditioning techniques.  Each week, we hold two training sessions outdoors emphasizing speed, fitness and skills development and train indoors the other two days focusing on sport-specific strength, power and injury prevention.
