Endurance Sport Programs - More than Just Training! SPC offers groups training programs for beginner, recreational and elite triathletes, runners and cyclists. Beyond physical preparation, our goal is to create an environment to foster new friendships, provide tools for continued success in and beyond the running community, and (most importantly) have fun!
Half & Full Marathon Training - "RU Run Club"
