The transition from High School to College athletics is a difficult one.

You can prepare yourself to make an immediate impact your freshman year if you prepare properly. The College Bound Athletes program is designed to Increase your:

  • Speed
  • Agility
  • Strength
  • Balance

  • Reactive Ability
  • Sport-Specific Skills

We build the athlete from the ground up through proven sport specific strength and conditioning programs. We understand how important it is to sharpen your sport specific skill as well. That is why skills training is a integral piece of the College Bound Program. From soccer to football, from baseball to lacrosse, you will be ready to play at the next level.

The College Bound Athlete Training Camp is an intense training schedule consisting of four training sessions per week. Two of these training sessions are held outdoors with the emphasis on speed, fitness and skills development. The other two days are indoors focusing on sport-specific strength, power and injury prevention.
