Half and Full Marathon Training Programs
Whether you have a goal to finish your first race or qualify for the Boston Marathon, SPC can help! Our run Training Programs (aka "Run Club") are the most comprehensive around and include two coached workouts per week: functional strength training classes (Run-Fit) and Saturday group runs (various San Diego locations).

All of our endurance-sport programs are run through Catalyst Endurance Coaching (CEC), a sub-division of SPC. Together, we offer 8-18 week training programs for any race (5K to Ultra Marathon) and our integration of applied functional science and sport-specific training maximizes athletic potential while minimizing injury risk. The coaches at CEC embrace the opportunity to accelerate change in your life – let our endurance training programs be the catalyst to your first race, a new PR, or your best season yet!

CEC Training Programs Include:

  • Two group workouts per week
  • Detailed, flexible training program (using Training Peaks online software)
  • Educational seminars (injury prevention, flexibility, strength training, nutrition)
