FREE CLASS WEEK
FREE CLASS WEEK will return - March 7th-13th, 2011. Every class at all three clinics is FREE. Try as many as you want (or as many as you can handle). The week also offers FREE 15-minute massage (by appt), 30-minute nutrition counsleing (by appt), a Womens-specific Fitness/Nutrition Seminar (benefiting the Live Well Project), a Triathlon transition clinic (benefiting the MS Society) and culmniates in our 4th-Annual Open House and Endurance Season Kick-Off Party.
