Pedal Power™ is designed to increase your pedal efficiency, power, strength, and stamina. And by popular demand, we now offer Pedal Power™ as a pre-season and in-season cycling program! As the season approaches, the class includes brick training for triathletes to better prepare your body for the demands of racing. This is bring-your-own-bike & trainer class (trainers available to rent) led by a USA Cycling Coach/Elite Athlete. Combine Pedal Power™ with Velo-Strength for the ultimate cycling conditioning program!

This is a BYOB-2 (Bike & Bottle) & BYOT-2 (Trainer & Towel) class!

*We do have limited supplies of stationary bikes and trainers
