Power Hour is the most comprehensive and FUNctional workout around! These boot camp-style classes will improve your overall strength, core strength, power, agility, cardio conditioning, and flexibility (yes, it IS possible to do that all in a few days per week)! If you want the most efficient way to get in shape and lose weight – Power Hour is your workout. All fitness levels are welcome – Power Hour is a killer workout no matter how fit/strong you currently are. Morning (Power Hour AM) and evening (Power Hour PM) classes available.
