Run-Fit includes functional strength, agility, flexibility and core-strengthening exercises to prevent knee and low-back pain, shin splints, plantar fasciitis and other injuries. Each workout includes running drills to improve form, balance and endurance. Run-Fit will make you feel stronger for your training walks, jogs, or runs.
All fitness levels welcome – Run-Fit is a great workout for anyone!

Whether you have a goal to finish your first race or qualify for the Boston Marathon, SPC can help! Our run Training Programs (aka "Run Club") are the most comprehensive around and include two coached workouts per week: functional strength training classes (Run-Fit) and Saturday group runs (various San Diego locations).
