(only $35 for annual membership)
Not your average track workout! Run-Fit includes interval training, form and pacing drills, strength and flexibility training. Run-Fit will make you feel stronger for your training walks, jogs, or runs OR is just a great way to burn calories.
All fitness levels welcome – Run-Fit is a great workout for anyone!

Whether you have a goal to finish your first race or qualify for the Boston Marathon, SPC can help! Our run Training Programs (aka "Run Club") are the most comprehensive around and include two coached workouts per week: functional strength training classes (Run-Fit) and Saturday group runs (various San Diego locations).
Our programs also include educational seminars and lectures on speed development, nutrition, recovery, and more! We also encourage the group to meet for workouts outside of the official training sessions. Click Here for Details.
