Performance Training
Performance training allows for the most customized and comprehensive program to meet your needs. It caters to the athlete who is serious about their commitment to performance enhancement. From the high school athlete preparing to make varsity to the professional athlete looking for an off-season program before entering pre-season camp, on-on-one training is the best way to reach your athletic goals. Includes pre and post testing so you can see your athletic progress. Train one-on-one or in a small group. Additional options include a full nutritional consultation, as well as V02 Max, lactate threshold, and body compostion.

Personal Training

Camps and Clinics

Endurance Sport Coaching
SPC has teamed up with Catalyst Endurance Coaching (CEC) to bring world-class coaching to San Diego.  CEC specializes in constructing periodized training plans that emphasize the perfect balance of functional training, physical therapy and sport.  The coaches at CEC want to encourage you to accelerate change in your life to train smarter this year! Team Training
Team training offers the opportunity to have SPC come to you. We run team training outdoors, indoors, or as a combination. Outdoor programs are a great way to increase team unity while improving team speed, strength and fitness. Bring your players into our facility and watch your team's overall power and strength increase as they step onto the field or court. We incorporate our injury prevention program into each training session, emphasizing appropriate warm up and flexibility exercises for your sport.
