Training Options

SPC Performance Training Groups (2-6 athletes)
This is a great environment for teammates who have the same athletic goals. Whether you are preparing for college athletics, trying to make varsity or looking for an injury prevention program, performance training groups will meet those needs in a sport-specifc, age appropriate manner. Group training sessions are available everyday of the week. All performance training groups are run by certified strength and conditioning specialists who have gone through intensive training in the SPC philosophy. A cost effective way of increasing your speed, agility, strength, power and fitness, guaranteed. Programs can include pre and post testing upon request for a small additional cost. Additional options include 3D motion analysis with the Center for Human Performance (CHP) and full nutritional consultation.


SPC Team Training
Team training offers the opportunity to have SPC come to you. We run team training outdoors, indoors, or as a combination of both. Outdoor programs are a great way to increase team unity while elevating team speed, strength and fitness. Bring your players into the facility and watch your teams overall power and strength increase as they step onto the field or court. We incorporate our injury prevention program into each training session, emphasizing appropriate warm up and flexibility exercises for your sport. Decrease your costs while elevating your teams performance. Programs can include pre and post testing upon request for a small additional cost. Additional options include 3D motion analysis with the Center for Human Performance (CHP) and full nutritional consultation.


SPC One on One Elite Performance Training
Elite performance training allows for the most customized and comprehensive program to meet your needs. It caters to the athlete who is serious about their commitment to performance enhancement. From the high school athlete preparing to make Varsity to the professional athlete looking for an off-season program before entering pre-season camp, one on one training is the best way to reach your athletic goals. Includes pre and post testing so you can see your athletic progress. Additional options include 3D motion analysis with the Center for Human Performance (CHP) and full nutritional consultation.


SPC Friday Night Function
A great program designed to get young kids excited about exercise. Friday Night Function kids train in a fun environment with circuit training and fitness games. The whole training program is set to music so that the energy stays high. Most appropriate for kids 8-12 years of age. Great for an after school activity or for PE credits for home school kids. No athletic goals necessary. Sessions are one hour long. (Friday evenings from 5:00 - 6:00 pm)


SPC College Bound Athletes Program
The transition from High School to College athletics is a difficult one. The athletes are bigger, the speed of the game is faster, and the competition is more physical. You can prepare yourself to make an immediate impact your freshman year if you prepare properly. The College Bound Athletes program is designed to do just that. Increase your speed, strength, power, and fitness through sport specific training while sharpening your sport specific skills through our network of top level skills coaches. This program is extremely intense and requires the utmost commitment from the athlete. From soccer to football, from tennis to baseball, you will be ready to play at the next level. Train one on one with our elite training staff or train in a group setting with our Summer College Bound Athletes Training Camp.


SPC Adult Fitness Training - Personal Training
Life is sport. The body functions identically whether we are running, cutting, jumping, painting, or gardening. Regardless of your "sport", the body always functions better when it is fit and trained. Our adult fitness program is designed to meet your individual goals to allow you to enjoy life to the fullest. Train one on one or in a group. Whether you are looking to improve your abilities to perform a recreational sport, or looking to simply increase your overall wellness, the adult fitness program is designed to help you achieve success. Further options include nutritional consultation as well.
