Triathlon
The triathlon is one of the most unique sports to train for. It is a true test of your mental and physical thresholds. Success relies on proper nutrition and optimal conditioning. Our E.X.C.E.L.TM (EXercise to Compete at the Elite Level) training program is a sport specific strength and conditioning program designed to increase the bodies efficiency resulting in more speed and endurance with less effort.

  • Build your lower extremity strength while gaining flexibility at the same time.
  • Increase "shock absorption" strength to prevent breakdown from high impact.
  • Develop dynamic shoulder and core stability to make you a stronger swimmer.
  • Increase overall stamina and conditioning without the impact of running through intense circuit training.
  • Utilize consultation with strength and conditioning specialists to prevent overtraining.
  • Train and race PAIN FREE!!

E.X.C.E.L.TM (EXercise to Compete at the Elite Level) training program is a perfect supplement to your current training program. You no longer need to wonder whether or not you're strength program is appropriate or not. We will take the guess work out of it for you.

Training is offered in groups or one-on-one.

Group training schedules during the triathlon season in San Diego (April-November) are on a group-by-group basis and customized for in-season training (Please call for scheduling). Off-season group training resumes at the end of the season in which a regular 2x/week calendar schedule will be in place (TBD).
