RU7 in Carlsbad joined our ever-growing Rehab United family as the first-ever neuro-specific facility of its kind here in San Diego!

This clinic joins the lineup of Rehab United facilities through our strategic alliance with ADAPT Functional Movement Center, in which our services are now housed. Although a wide array of our physical therapy services will be available at this clinic, this facility adds new and much-needed treatment methods such as occupational therapy to our gamut of services, and will provide focused care for neurological conditions such as traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and more.

RU7 is located off Loker Avenue W. and Palomar Airport Road, within the Adapt Functional Movement Center in the Carlsbad Crossroads complex.
