Biography: Carson was born and raised in San Diego and attended St. Augustine High School before moving to Pullman, Washington to attend Washington State. While in Pullman, Carson was captain and VP of the men’s volleyball team as well as a research assistant in the Sport Psychology research lab.

After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology in May, he moved back to San Diego to continue his education and pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Carson’s passion for athletics and the human body came from his many years of playing competitive soccer and volleyball. After injuring his knee playing soccer, he had to go to therapy for 6 months which sparked his interest in finding a career in the field. He initially joined the RU3 team in 2016 as a volunteer to learn more about physical therapy and was hired as an aide a couple of years later following his graduation from WSU. Carson plans on applying to graduate schools next fall to continue his education and receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree.
