Meet the Team

Since 2003, our family has grown from a team of three to a team of over 100 people! Our "cRUw" is key to our success and we truly take pride in the family we've built over the years. The Rehab United Difference Begins with Our People.

Hometown: San Diego, California

Education: I attended Mater Dei Catholic High School and graduated in 2016. I also graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2020 with a B.S. in Biological Sciences.

Sports: Basketball, Track

Hobbies: I love playing basketball, going on hikes, going to the beach, and trying new foods!

Favorite Foods: I love Japanese, Korean, and Filipino food. Any type of Asian food hits the spot for me!

Whom You Admire / Favorite Mentor? My dad is definitely my biggest inspiration and mentor. He has always been very hardworking and dedicated to his family. I wouldn’t be where I am today without him.

Nickname: My mom calls me Jordy and my friends saw her nickname for me on her Facebook page. My friends started to use it as a joke, but a good number of them refer to me as Jordy now.

Fun Fact About You: I’m left handed! I’m also a huge fan of Grey’s Anatomy.

Biography: I was born and raised here in San Diego. I lived in Irvine for my 4 years of undergrad, but I have been back in San Diego since the beginning of quarantine. I plan to stay here until PA or PT school takes me elsewhere. Before Rehab United, I worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Orange as a Health Scholar. I also worked as a research assistant in neuro-critical care and cancer biology labs. I recently worked for CovClinic here in San Diego as a Covid-19 tester. I also currently volunteer at a food distribution center called Community Through Hope in Chula Vista.

During my time at UCI, I played on the club basketball team. I started playing and watching basketball at a young age, so I can definitely say that it is a passion of mine. I also really enjoy being outdoors, whether it be hiking or spending a day at the beach. I have a younger sister and we usually do these activities together. If I could have one superpower I think I would like to be able to teleport and/or fly. I love traveling, but if I could avoid drives or flights I would.

I have always had a passion for helping others. As I went through undergrad, I discovered my love for science. Working in the healthcare field allows me to serve others and gain scientific knowledge, which I both truly enjoy. I have been involved in sports for most of my life, and physical therapy allows me to stay connected to it. Rehab United has a very supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate team. I wanted to be a part of the team and contribute to making RU a great place for its patients. In just a short amount of time, I have already learned so much. I truly look forward to expanding my physical therapy knowledge here at RU.
