La Mesa, or RU3, was our third San Diego clinic, opening right behind RU2 in February 2009. It started as a small little 1000+ square foot studio, but quickly expanded to over 3300 sq. ft. due to it's growth and location convenience for East County residents. For almost 10 years, RU3 boasted an open gym floor and one massage room.

After continued growth over the years, RU3 has moved to a much larger 7,200 sq. ft. facility as of May 28th, 2019. The new facility hosts two open gym floors, over 60 feet of turf, a mezzanine, three massage and private treatment rooms, and multiple offices including our brand new Authorizations Department.

Along with physical therapy, RU3 offers Fit Societe fitness classes, custom orthotics, massage therapy, vestibular therapy, and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) screenings.

RU3 is now located off the Fletcher Parkway exit on CA-125N, between Office Depot and Trek in the Grossmont Trolley Center.
