Fun Fact About You: I love yoga and it’s such a big part of my life. Over the summer I completed a 200- hour yoga teacher training program and received my yoga teacher certification.

Biography: Nicole grew up in St. Louis, MO and just recently moved to San Diego. Prior to moving, Nicole worked ten plus years for a successful orthopedic surgeon as a Medical Assistant. During that time, she saw firsthand the importance of physical therapy after surgery. Having been a dancer most of her life and having a love of running, the wear and tear of these activities took a bit of a toll and she began to do yoga on rest days from running and to improve flexibility from no longer dancing. The love affair began and after almost 20 years practicing yoga, Nicole received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification through Yoga Alliance.

When not practicing yoga, Nicole loves to hang out with her husband Patrick and their fur baby George, a naughty Boston Terrier/French Bulldog mix who runs their lives. She is so excited to be living in a new city, exploring San Diego, and leaving the Midwest winters behind! Nicole is very happy to be a part of the RU team!
