Dear Patients and Clients,
As promised, we are continuing to be diligent in monitoring the COVID-19 situation and stand ready to take necessary actions to protect our staff, patients, their families, and our communities at large. We understand the uncertainty and uneasiness caused by rapidly changing news and want to continue to assure you that we are taking proactive measures.
After carefully reviewing currently available information and recommendations from health officials, we will remain open for the foreseeable future and continue to provide the necessary care for patients who elect to continue being treated. However, we understand that we have a responsibility to help reduce risk and limit the spread of this virus and are making all decisions carefully. As such, we will be making adjustments to our daily operations as needed, which may include a reduction in treatment hours, and we are prepared to close temporarily should it become absolutely necessary. Nevertheless, we will update you as frequently as possible.
In addition to the precautions outlined in our initial statement, which you can find on our blog, we are adding the following measures beginning on Monday, March 16th:
Implementing social distancing protocols by separating treatment tables, True Stretches, and other equipment to help maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet between people whenever possible
Making gloves available to staff and patients for use during treatment and while in our facilities
Encouraging older adults and patients with chronic medical conditions who are considered high-risk to stay home
As a reminder, we strongly encourage that you stay home if you, or someone you know, are feeling ill or showing any symptoms of COVID-19, particularly fever or persistent cough. More importantly, if you or someone you know have tested positive for the virus or may have been exposed to someone who has, and you have recently visited one of our facilities, we ask that you inform us immediately to enable us to take further precautionary actions for the safety of all who are in our care.
Thank you for your continued support while we, as a community, continue to navigate these unprecedented times. If you have any feedback, questions, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and our team will be happy to help as best we can.
