About This Clinic
Our Kearny Mesa clinic, also known as RU1, is our original San Diego location and served as our company headquarters for 18 years until we opened RUHQ in August 2021. We expanded into the current 6000+ sq. ft. facility in February 2012 to include two gyms, three massage rooms, a private treatment room, a pediatrics room, and two showers in each restroom.
Along with physical therapy, RU1 offers Fit Societe fitness classes, AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, custom orthotics, massage therapy, vestibular therapy, and pelvic health.
RU1 is located on Ruffin Road between Aero Drive and Balboa Ave., just west of I-15.
