Biography
Adam grew up in La Mesa and Lemon Grove, playing in bands, volunteering, working various jobs, and earning an AS in Exercise Science from Grossmont and Cuyamaca Colleges in 2019. After discovering Rehab United, he shifted his focus to pursuing education and a career in physical therapy.
He volunteered with Rehab United, then progressed to working as a PT Aide and as a Fit Societe coach during the Mesa PTA program. His clinical rotations sparked interests in Neurologic Rehabilitation, Geriatrics, strength conditioning, and working with weight-lifters, leading to his Barbell Rehab Method certification in 2024.
Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in July 2025, Adam is now excited to start his career as a PTA at Rehab United, helping you move better and achieve your goals.
