Biography
In 2004, Brian relocated to San Diego with aspirations of pursuing a career in Law Enforcement. However, his path took an unforeseen turn when he experienced a life-altering construction accident shortly after graduating from the academy. This incident resulted in the loss of his right leg above the knee and introduced him to the world of physical therapy.
Brian attended Cal State University San Marcos, graduating in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology while working at RU as an aide. Rehab United's Applied Functional Science philosophy inspired Brian to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist. Brian attended the University of St. Augustine where he received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Brian is excited and proud to have come full circle and return to be an integral part of the RU team, now as the Clinic Director of Rehab United in Carmel Valley. Brian is also a Graduate Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) from the Gray Institute.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, their son, Connor, and daughter, Caitlin. He also enjoys mountain biking, camping at the beach with his family, and coaching his son's baseball team.
