Biography

Lindsay has been practicing outpatient physical therapy since 2018 after graduating from Chapman University with her doctorate in physical therapy. Her interest in physical therapy began as a young high school soccer player going through recovery of her own at Rehab United! She then moved to Oregon and started her undergraduate training at Willamette University in exercise science and returned to California in 2015 to start her graduate work at Chapman University for physical therapy. She returned to her home town of San Diego in 2021 and finished her certification in Applied Function Science (AFS) shortly after. She then returned to Rehab United in 2024 and has joined the team in Point Loma.

Lindsay is passionate about treating the whole body and incorporating global body movements to help her patients return to the activities they love to do! She believes that patient education is the number one tool that physical therapists have to make lasting changes for patients and strives to help her patients make lasting lifestyle changes to keep their injuries from returning. She has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from young athletes rehabbing from an injury, to geriatric clients focusing on balance and maintaining independence. She is passionate about making her patients feel comfortable and heard while they are in her care no matter their background or injury.
