Biography
Ashley is a dedicated physical therapist and a proud San Diego native who is deeply committed to helping others achieve their physical health and fitness goals. Her passion for the profession was first sparked in middle school after accompanying her mother to physical therapy. Witnessing firsthand how the treatment facilitated her mother’s healing journey fostered a lifelong desire to empower others to reach their full potential at every stage of life.
A firm believer in the importance of movement as a primary means of human expression and enjoyment, Ashley approaches patient care with both empathy and clinical expertise. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from San Diego State University in 2026. Complementing her clinical degree, she is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), allowing her to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and high-level performance.
Ashley’s clinical interests are broad and well-rounded, focusing on orthopedics, geriatrics, and sports rehabilitation and performance. She thrives on creating individualized programs that help patients regain their independence and return to the activities they love.
Outside of the clinic, Ashley leads an active lifestyle that mirrors her professional passion. In her free time, she enjoys surfing, weightlifting, and grappling, often using these experiences to stay connected to the biomechanics and functional movement patterns she promotes in her practice.
