Biography
Carson is a San Diego native, growing up in Lakeside County, but started his physical therapy education at Washington State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Pre-Physical Therapy in 2019. He returned to San Diego shortly after and began his career with Rehab United, where he worked as a physical therapy aide for four years. Carson went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos in 2025. Following graduation, Carson chose to return to Rehab United because of his appreciation for the company's patient-centered care, functional movement approach to therapy, and supportive culture.
Carson was drawn to physical therapy because of his passion for movement, rehabilitation, and helping others regain independence in their daily lives. His clinical experiences span urgent care, outpatient orthopedics, and skilled nursing/rehabilitation, giving him the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients across the continuum of care.
His professional interests include orthopedics, neurorehabilitation, and vestibular therapy. Carson is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care while fostering strong therapeutic relationships to help patients achieve their personal goals.
