Lupita grew up in the Coachella Valley before moving away to pursue her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at CSUSM. Early on, she developed a deep appreciation for human movement through sports and strength training, which inspired her interest in educating others and helping them navigate their injuries.

After college, Lupita spent two and a half years working as a rehabilitation aide, gaining valuable hands-on experience in patient care and witnessing firsthand the profound impact physical therapy has on a person's quality of life. This inspired her to earn her physical therapy degree from USAHS.

As a clinician, Lupita is passionate about helping people move with confidence, stay active, and return to the everyday activities and hobbies they enjoy.
