Trevor is a North County San Diego native, growing up in Oceanside and currently residing in Carlsbad. Involved in sports throughout his life, he developed a strong appreciation for movement, performance, and rehabilitation. He attended California State University San Marcos and completed an internship at a physical therapy facility in Carlsbad, working alongside professional and Olympic athletes. He then earned his physical therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos.

Trevor has a strong interest in sports and orthopedic physical therapy, enjoying every stage of the recovery process from post-operative rehabilitation to returning to competitive sports and daily life. His patient-centered approach focuses on ensuring everyone feels welcomed, heard, and actively involved in their care. By combining evidence-based practice and functional movement, Trevor helps patients regain confidence and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Outside of the clinic, Trevor stays active through baseball, basketball, pickleball, golf, surfing, weightlifting, hiking, and running. As a lifelong sports fan, he loves following professional sports and spending as much free time outdoors as possible.
